
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Our Basic Life Support (BLS) course provides essential training in how to recognise and respond to life-threatening emergencies. Learners gain the knowledge and confidence to deliver effective CPR, use an automated external defibrillator (AED) and manage incidents such as choking or unconscious casualties until help arrives.
This practical, hands-on course follows the latest Resuscitation Council UK guidelines and is ideal for anyone who may need to provide life-saving assistance - including healthcare professionals, workplace first-aiders and members of the public.
